Utsavi Bhatia is an accomplished financial operations and paraplanning leader with over 12 years of experience in the advice and support services industry. As Associate Vice President (AVP) of Paraplanning at BSG, she oversees the firm’s Paraplanning Division, driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and delivery quality across Australia.

With a strong academic foundation including an MPhil in Accountancy & Finance, Company Secretary (CS), Master of Commerce (M.Com), and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Utsavi combines technical insight with hands-on leadership. Her expertise includes workflow optimisation, process improvement, team development, and client engagement, ensuring every paraplanning solution meets both compliance and business objectives.

At BSG, Utsavi has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s partnerships with advisory practices, and she designed BSG’s end-to-end paraplanning review and audit model, significantly improving service quality and turnaround times.
